Update the notification timestamp for watched pages.
This affects the highlighting of changed pages in the watchlist and history, and the sending of email when the "මාගේ මුර ලැයිස්තුවෙහි පිටුවක් හෝ ගොනුවක් හෝ වෙනස්වූ විට මා හට විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් පණිවුඩයක් එවන්න" preference is enabled.
