<p>&#039;අණ්ඩ කෝෂයෙහි හෙවත් වෘෂණ කෝෂයෙහි ජලය පිරීමට අණ...&#039; යොදමින් නව පිටුවක් තනන ලදි</p> <p><b>නව පිටුව</b></p><div>අණ්ඩ කෝෂයෙහි හෙවත් වෘෂණ කෝෂයෙහි ජලය පිරීමට අණ්ඩකෝෂ වෘද්ධිය නම් වේ. ජලය පිරීමට හේතුව උදර කුහරය හා අණ්ඩකෝෂය එකිනෙකට සම්බන්ධ කරන විවරයක් ඇතිවීමයි.<br /> <br /> කලල අවස්ථාවේ දී ශරීර කූඩුවෙහි අපර උරච්ඡදයේ යට පැත්තෙහි සෑදෙන වෘෂණය ඒ මත ඇලී තිබෙන්නාවු උදරච්ඡදය සමඟ ශ්‍රෝණි කුහරය කරා ගමන්කොට එහි සිදුරක් තුළින් කෝෂයට පැමිණේ. මේ ගමන අවසානයේ දී ස්වල්ප දවසක් විවෘත වී පවතින දීර්ඝ උදරච්ඡදය වැසී මැකී යා යුතුයි. විවරය නොවැසී ඉතිරි වුවහොත් කෝෂය තුළට අන්ත්‍ර ප්‍රවේශ වී අන්ත්‍ර වෘද්ධිය (බ) හෙවත් භ'නියාව ආදී ආබාධ ඇති වෙයි. ශ්‍රෝණි කුහරයේ සිදුර තෙක් විවරය වැසී ගියහොත්, ඉතිරිවන උදරච්ඡද කෝෂයෙහි ජලය රැස් වීමෙන් අණ්ඩකෝෂ වෘද්ධිය ඇති වේ. වැඩුණු වයසට පැමි‍ණීමෙන් පසු සුළු පීඩාවක් ලත් කළ කෝෂයේ ජලය පිරීම පටන් ගනී.<br /> <br /> මේ රෝගයේ දී අණ්ඩකෝෂයෙහි එක අංශයක හෝ දෙඅංශයේ ම හෝ ඉදිමුමක් පෙනේ. කෝෂය තදින් අල්ලන විට එහි ඇතුළත දිය සෙලවේ. එය මැදින් අලෝකය විනිවිද යයි. අණ්ඩකෝෂය දොඩමක හැඩ හුරුකමකින් යුත් වේ. එය මහත් වූ කල බර වැඩි වී පහළට එල්ලෙන හෙයින් කලක දී රිදීම ඇති වේ. එහි ජලය පිදුරු පැහැයෙන් යුක්තය. කෝෂයෙහි ලේ සහ සැරව පිරීමෙන් ද, අණ්ඩයේ (වෘෂණයේ) පිළිකා සෑදීමෙන් ද අණ්ඩකෝෂ වෘද්ධිය සිදුවිය හැකිය. තද වෙද්දල් වීමකින් (පෑරුමකින්) පසු කෝෂය ලෙයින් පිරී යයි. සැරව පිරුණ කෝෂය ඇල්ලූ කල රස්නයක් දැනේ. පිළිකාවක් මෝරන විට දැඩිගතියක් සහ අනියම් ආකාරයක් දක්වයි. අන්ත්‍රවෘද්ධියේ (භ'නියාවේ) මුල් අවස්ථාවේ දී කෝෂය තුළට බැස තිබෙන අන්ත්‍ර අතින් මිරිකා උදර කුහරය තුළට ආපසු හරින්නට පුළුවන්කම ඇති නිසා අණ්ඩ කෝෂ වෘද්ධිය හා අන්ත්‍ර වෘද්ධිය එකිනෙකෙන් වෙන්කොට හඳුනා ගත හැකිය.<br /> <br /> විවරය මකාලනු සඳහා තාවකාලික ප්‍රතිකාරයක් වශයෙන් මෑතක් වන තෙක් කරන ලද්දෙ වෘෂණ කෝෂය තුළට නොයෙක් ඖෂධ විදීමයි. බොහෝ දෙනා ශල්‍යකර්මයක් කරවා ගැනීමට අකැමැත්තෙන් වූෂණ යන්ත්‍රය වැනි උපකරණයකින් ජලය ඉවත් කරවා ගත්හ. එහෙත් නොබෝ කලකින් යළිත් ජලය පිරීම නිසා, ඔවුනට ප්‍රතිකාරය නැවත නැවත කරවා ගන්නට සිදුවිය.<br /> <br /> අණ්ඩකෝෂ වෘද්ධිය සහමුලින් ම සුව කිරීමට නම් ශල්‍යකර්‍මයක් අවශ්‍ය මය. එය ලුහුඬින් කිරීමට නම් එහි කෝෂ සිවියෙහි කුඩා සිදුරක් සාදා ඇඟිල්ලෙන් පෙරළා, මැස්මක් ලෑ යුතුයි. එසේ නැත්නම් මුළු කෝෂ සිවිය ම කපා හැර, ලේ යෑම නැවැත්වීම පිණිස කැපූ අයිනට ස්ථීර මැස්මක් දැමිය යුතුයි. <br /> <br /> කර්තෘ:ඒ.ඇම්. ගුණතිලක<br /> <br /> ආයුර්වේද මතය ''වෘද්ධි&quot; යටතෙහි දැක්වේ.<br /> <br /> (සංස්කරණය:1963)<br /> [[ප්‍රවර්ගය:අ]]</div>
